When Bidding Online:
All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS - with no warranty either expressed or implied. All hour meter readings or mileages are believed to be true but are not guaranteed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!
Inspection – Items are available for inspection by contacting the auction company 970-756-9353. To arrange a time for any bidder to inspect the item in question. If you wish to speak to the consignor directly, please contact us and we will give you that contact information. If you cannot inspect the item or If you are from out of STATE it is our suggestion for the bidder to hire an independent Inspector, Dealership or Appraiser to inspect said piece of equipment for you. It is the bidder’s responsibility to do their DUE DILIGENCE and inspect the item and listing pertaining to said item. Each potential bidder is responsible for his or her own independent inspection.
Firearms – All firearms sold are subject to Federal and State Laws. If a buyer wishes to pick up their firearm from the Auction company, the buyer will be required to fill out a firearms transfer form 4473, complete and pass a background check, and will have to wait 72 hours to pick up their firearm as required by Colorado State Laws. Background check fees are currently $25. Firearms may also be transferred to another federally licensed firearm dealer of the buyer’s choosing and can have their background check conducted by that dealer. Shipping and handling fees will apply. Firearms may be subject to an additional 6.5% excise tax as required by Colorado state laws.
Buyer Premium – Please view each item if there is a BUYER PREMIUM. That amount will be added to the purchase price of your item.
For any Online Timed to Live Auctions – Online results will not be available until the live auction has completed. If you are bidding online for a timed to live auction, IT IS RECOMMENDED to place your highest bidding amount before online bidding closes.
Payment- Payment must be received within 48 hours after the conclusion of the auction. The buyer will receive an Invoice from RT Claypoole Auction Service VIA the email provided at the time of registration. Buyer agrees to pay by Cash, Check, Credit Card or Bank Wire. The Buyer is responsible for all bank wire fees.

Sales Tax - For customer's purchasing items used in the "Direct Production" of Agricultural, may fill out a Colorado Sales Tax-Exemption form for those items to be tax exempt. We MUST have a Sales Tax-Exempt form on file for any items applicable to tax exemption or sales tax MUST be paid before any item is released. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 Hrs after the close of the auction to finalize invoicing and payment details.
You will receive a Paid in Full invoice once your payment has been received for the full amount due. This includes the full amount on the invoice plus wire transfer fees. No item can be picked up or shipped without the PAID IN FULL INVOICE.
TITLED VEHICLES – When purchasing a titled vehicle on our auction, you will pay the sales tax when you register the vehicle in your respective county where the vehicle is to be registered.
Shipping Policy- All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All funds must clear before any item can be removed or shipped.
Removal – All items must be removed within 14 days of the auction unless arrangements are made otherwise. Any item not picked up or shipped within 60 days of the auction will be RESOLD and no refund will be returned to the buyer.
